TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All returns / exchanges must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative within 7 days of delivery
• Damaged or defective merchandise will only be replaced if it was not due to alteration, improper use or installation.
• Return(s) must be shipped freight prepaid.
• Most accessories require maintenance. For Grille product we recommend normal cleaning using mild soap and water and the use of a non-abrasive aluminum polish on a continual basis taking in consideration your climate and driving conditions.

WARRANTY

• All of our products have a 2 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is required for any kind of warranty return.
• This limited warranty does not include normal wear and tear and is void if product shows evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, collision, road hazard, improper installation and /or maintenance or modification.
• This warranty does not cover cost of removal, installation, shipping or other incidental charges.

DISCLAIMER

• Installation of some product may alter the characteristic designed by the vehicle manufacture.  Xgrille assumes no responsibility as a result of any resulted altered characteristic due to the installation of these products.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• Depending upon the package, we may use any of the following national shippers to ship your order.  Among the shippers we commonly used are UPS, USPS, FedEx and etc. Delivery is the sole responsibility of these carriers.
